I use the shortcut key and I have Macro's and other shortcuts programed into my keyboard. I'm currently trying to convince everyone else in my office to do the same.. but sadly they refuse.. I know I save a lot of time doing this way instead of searching to find something..=)

Yeah, I'm trying the S-key experiment with Ricky (http://www.rickyjordan.com/2008/12/the-s-key-ex...). I am going to have to just turn the Command Manager off to force myself to start relying on the shortcut bar. I will never give up my keyboard shortcuts, though!

Right on, you HAVE to just turn stuff off. best choice I made. You adapt
fast and then wonder why it was ever the other way. i think it's an awesome
answer to how Ribbon bars have made people more dependent on the tool and
menu bars.

my tip. don't use toolbars – I've gotten rid of them save the very top flyout bar. Use the shortcut bar for everything!
