Disqus This!

9 September 2008 1 views View Comments

Disqus This!Ok, so after playing around with Disqus after some of the other bloggers started using it, I decided that I wanted to use it for comments here.  I really like the threading and social aspects of it, and you can edit your comments too!

I also like the fact that once you authenticate, you can comment on any other Disqus community blog without having to log in again.  So if you don’t already have a Disqus account, go create one to get started; and leave a comment!  :)

It was my understanding that he current version of the plugin shows the comments via javascript? I know in the past versions of the plugin Scott Jangro hacked it to remove nofollow.

Disqus provides you with a better way of attracting blog readers to start thread conversations in blog posts.

Disqus now brings us the ability to comment using your Twitter account. You don’t have to give up your actual Twitter credentials since Disqus takes advantage of Twitter’s support..
