I briefly mentioned SolidWorks Labs in my SolidWorks World Day 1 write-up over at mCADForums.com. It’s a site where you can see what SolidWorks R&D is up to, and try out some of the new technologies they are developing.

Since SolidWorks World, they have added a new web application to the mix, Sliderule (currently in Alpha). Sliderule’s goal is to provide an easy to use tool to bring engineers and manufacturers together.
